Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Welcome to FuryHack. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FuryHack website, courses, labs and certifications (the "Service"), operated by FuryHack ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use FuryHack

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Educational purpose & lawful use

FuryHack teaches offensive and defensive security for legal, authorized and educational purposes only. You agree to apply everything you learn strictly within the law and only against systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test. Misuse of this material is your sole responsibility. See our Responsible Use policy, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Accounts, courses & access

Some content is free; other content, labs and certification exams require a paid membership. We may add, update, or retire courses over time. Access granted under a "lifetime" plan means for the operational lifetime of the Service, not a personal guarantee of perpetuity.

4. Payments

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change for future purchases. You authorize us and our processor to charge the amount shown for the plan you select.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All course content, text, labs, branding and materials are owned by FuryHack or its licensors and are provided for your personal learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share the paid content without written permission.

7. Certifications

Certificates are awarded on passing the relevant practical exam and may be issued via a certification partner. We may revoke a certificate obtained through cheating, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

8. Acceptable behavior

9. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuryHack is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any misuse of the knowledge provided. Your use of security techniques is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, unless mandatory local consumer law applies to you. Questions? Contact us or email hello@furyhack.com.
